Chris was great to work with when looking at apartment. Provided me all information and tour answering all questions. Then helped me work efficiently through the application and finally the move in. Chris made super easy and went flawless. After working through move in check list Chris made arrangements for repairs. The next day Mike showed up and corrected the items. Mike was very personable and ensured I was satisfied. I couldn’t ask for anything further on my first week here at Bell Vikings.

We’ve moved in February 2023. From the start, our apartment was : _dirty ( our feet were black in minutes) _ broken fridge door _ac wasn’t cooling _ our names were not on the mailbox _our names were also not on the callbox _its a gated community but the gates were always open _no security. _ infiltration on the walls. _broken blinds Our move in check list was long! Nobody checked the apartment before handing it to us. The best thing about this place is the Location. There’s nearly zero upkeep. It’s not luxurious at all. Everything is outdated. The fire alarm goes off every day and night. Gates continue to be open. Anyone can came and go as they please. Living on the first floor and having a young stepdaughter I’m getting quite worried about it. There’s no communication from leasing office on what’s going on with the gates or things that happen in the complex. They only send emails out to remind residents of rent due. I emailed leasing office a few weeks ago with all of these concerns and the response I received was : so sorry. No resolution to any of the points I brought up, no accountability either, no response but sorry. The buildings are not kept up with, it’s always dirty. Gym is outdated, always messy. They claim this is luxury and it’s absolutely not. Especially for the price of rent! The disappointment is real. Don’t move here. And on top of it all, they still want a 5 star rating.

I was thoroughly impressed with the apartment that Jade show me! The space is well-designed, and the natural light throughout creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The amenities, from the modern kitchen appliances to the fitness center, exceeded my expectations. The leasing agent was informative and answered all my questions, making the overall experience positive. She is very communicative and made the entire tour so much fun! Out of the thirty + apartments I’ve looked at I felt the most at home at Bell Vinnings! Thank you Jade! You are great!
